It is backpacking made as family-friendly as possible: families start with an easy one-mile hike to the campground, where park staff help set up and settle in. Activities are planned through the evening for those who want to take part, including guided night hikes and campfire time, or families can simply relax by the fire and sleep under the stars. Dinner and breakfast are provided and included in the fee.
