Activities change three times a year to tie in with a current exhibition, and the ArtQuest team publishes family reading lists to go with shows. Free "Take a Break" sensory kits (weighted lap pad, noise-cancelling headphones, timer, fidgets) can be checked out from ArtQuest staff and used anywhere in the museum. Children 12 and younger must stay with an adult in ArtQuest; groups need an advance reservation. ## Similar picks in Nashville - [Homeschool Monday at the Frist](https://grassyknees.com/nashville/activities/homeschool-monday-at-the-frist--listing-658a7912893e8c5b7341d7cc) — Mon, Oct 26 · 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM · Frist Art Museum · With admission · checked Oct 24.
