Each week children explore local New Jersey wildlife by following step-by-step drawings of a mystery animal, then color their artwork. Afterward, an environmental educator leads a guided hike through the woods and grounds. The program blends creativity with outdoor exploration and suits five- to ten-year-olds who like to draw and are curious about animals. Registration is required. ## Similar picks in New York - [Amazing Animal Artists — Drawing and Nature Hike for Kids at Reeves-Reed Arboretum](https://grassyknees.com/new-york/activities/amazing-animal-artists-drawing-and-nature-hike-for-kids-at-reeves-reed--listing-fe1a6e5c85842f5a1a363142) — Wed, Nov 11 · 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM · Reeves-Reed Arboretum, Summit · Ages 5–10 · From $30 · checked Oct 27.
