## About

Teatown's Thanksgiving-weekend Hit the Trails outing is a guided, deliberately challenging two-hour hike on the preserve's trails in Ossining, aimed at hikers ages 12 and up, so it suits families with teens who want to get outside after the holiday. Expect crisp late-November conditions: wear sturdy hiking footwear, dress for a long stretch outdoors, and bring water and a snack. The hike starts at Teatown's main site on Spring Valley Road, and registration is through the link on Teatown's event page. The page does not print a fee.
