The storyline puts royalty from the Mage Guild, the Were Clans, the Vampyr Houses and the Fae Court in one room, where a special council meeting about a string of murders of the Watchers who keep the immortals hidden is expected; players spend the evening trading rumors, forming alliances and working out who did it. Signing up happens in person at the library: teens pick a role from the character profiles kept in the FAQ binder at the Youth Services desk and then return in person to collect their character packets, and once a packet is opened the character cannot be changed. Costumes are required, though they do not have to match the character. No fee is listed on the event page. ## Similar picks coming up in New York - [Birding Basics at the Chappaqua Public Library (for everyone)](https://grassyknees.com/new-york/activities/birding-basics-at-the-chappaqua-public-library-for-everyone--listing-b33c0cf0c7ab31e85c8b2a92) — Mon, Nov 2 · 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM · Chappaqua Public Library · checked Oct 16.
