The roughly 45-minute show is presented at a kindergarten level and is meant for all ages. The doors stay open so children can leave and come back whenever they need to, the lights stay dim rather than fully dark, and the sound is lowered and kept at a steady level. Inside, children get music, laser lights, stories and an introduction to the planets, the Moon and the constellations. It is offered at 5 pm on two Saturdays this season. Tickets are sold at the door on the day; the planetarium recommends phoning ahead to reserve. ## Similar picks in New York - [Holiday Train Show Sensory Friendly Mornings — NYBG](https://grassyknees.com/new-york/activities/holiday-train-show-sensory-friendly-mornings-nybg--listing-9aa3539d5792297dd69d7505) — Sat, Nov 21 (+1 more date) · 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM · New York Botanical Garden — Enid A.
