## About

Maitland Public Library's Fresh for Kids is a hands-on cooking class that meets once a month on a Wednesday afternoon. In each 90-minute session children learn two or three new recipes simple enough to make themselves, building basic kitchen skills and confidence with fresh ingredients. Participants must be 5 or older, and a parent or caregiver must stay at the program. Each child is registered individually through the library's online calendar; sessions fill up, and later registrants go to a waitlist.
