Children aged 8 to 12 build an original candy structure from graham crackers, icing and a table of sweets during a 90-minute evening session — the brief is to go beyond the ordinary gingerbread house. Staff judge the builds, and the most creative entry at the branch wins the pick of a brand-new book. All materials are provided and there is no fee, but space is limited and registration is required, opening December 7. ## Similar picks in Orlando - [Tween Extreme Gingerbread Challenge (Ages 8-12) — West Branch, Longwood](https://grassyknees.com/orlando/activities/tween-extreme-gingerbread-challenge-ages-8-12-west-branch-longwood--listing-f3138e059b5fda9b0fec619c) — Tue, Dec 15 · 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM · West Branch Library (Seminole County Public Library), Longwood · Ages 8–12 · Free · checked Oct 27.
