From November 7 to 11, 2026, Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens in Sanford thanks service members by offering free admission to veterans and active-duty military with valid ID, available in person at the front gate only. Each qualifying guest can also buy up to six additional tickets for family members at a buy-one-get-one rate, so it is a good week for military families to visit the zoo together. Regular admission applies to everyone else. Bring military ID and plan to purchase at the gate rather than online.
