Scrooge's Christmas Eve journey with the ghosts of Past, Present and Future is told with big ensemble songs, dance, costumes and scenery, which makes it a solid first holiday musical for school-age children. The theater warns that it includes mild supernatural imagery, ghostly apparitions and some emotionally intense moments that may frighten very young children, and recommends it for ages 8 and up with parental discretion. Friday shows are at 7:30 pm and Saturday and Sunday matinees at 2 pm. Tickets are $24 for adults, $22 seniors and military, $20 students and $16 for children under 12, through the theater's box office. ## Similar picks in Philadelphia - [A Christmas Carol at Winterthur](https://grassyknees.com/philadelphia/activities/a-christmas-carol-at-winterthur--listing-25a0a8176d18d70743676a68) — Fri, Dec 4 (+2 more dates) · Winterthur Museum, Garden & Library · From $10 · checked Oct 12.
