The fun run starts first, at 8:45 am, and every one-mile finisher gets a medal, so it is a good first race for school-age children; kids 11 and under also have their own lower entry fee and age-group awards in the 5K. Runners are encouraged to dress up, with prizes for the top three Thanksgiving-themed costumes. Race-day packet pickup and registration are at The Pour House on Haddon Avenue from 7:30 to 9 am, with early pickup the day before at Haddonfield Running Co. on Kings Highway East. Refreshments are served at the finish, followed by a post-race gathering at The Pour House, and long-sleeve shirts go to the first 1,000 registrants. ## Similar picks in Philadelphia - [Cardinal John Foley School Turkey Trot and Family Fun Walk](https://grassyknees.com/philadelphia/activities/cardinal-john-foley-school-turkey-trot-and-family-fun-walk--listing-3ebba7dfc5bb14e368e1ea92) — Sat, Nov 28 · 9:00 AM · Annunciation BVM Parish, Havertown · All ages · From $30 · checked Oct 27.
