Philly Art Center's Cherry Hill studios host the 3rd Annual Halloween Festival on Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 2 to 4 pm, the same afternoon as the art center's 20th annual festival and parade in Fairmount. The Cherry Hill festival has make-and-take art stations and a baby play zone, so it suits babies and toddlers as well as older children who like to make something to take home. The studio is at 1930 Marlton Pike East, #M64, in the Executive Mews complex in Cherry Hill. Families are asked to RSVP through a form linked from the art center's page. The page does not state a fee for the Cherry Hill festival; the Fairmount festival is described as free.
