From noon to 3 pm children come in costume to skate, meet friendly Halloween characters, enter a costume contest and visit the candy station, with temporary tattoos, face painting and Halloween coloring between laps. It is a good alternative to an evening party for preschool and elementary children, or for anyone trick-or-treating later that night. Admission is $14; skate rental is not included in the price shown on the event page (the rink's evening party lists rentals at $6). ## Similar picks in Philadelphia - [Halloween Skate Party at Philly Skate Plex](https://grassyknees.com/philadelphia/activities/halloween-skate-party-at-philly-skate-plex--listing-65815370107eb6f944e237f9) — Sat, Oct 31 · 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM · Philly Skate Plex · From $14 · checked Oct 24.
