Phoenix's long-running holiday night parade, produced by the City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department with title sponsor APS, marks its 39th year on Saturday, December 5, 2026 at 7 PM. The 2026 theme is 'Power the City with Lights'. Illuminated floats, marching bands playing holiday music, performance groups and community entries travel about 2.3 miles from Central Avenue at Montebello Avenue south to Camelback Road, east to 7th Street and south to Indian School Road; it takes roughly an hour for entries to reach the end. The city describes it as a family-friendly holiday event enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of families each year. Spectators line the route; bring chairs and blankets and expect road closures in north-central Phoenix on parade evening. ABC15 is the TV broadcast partner.
