Exact public event body, full-year date, When/Where/contact and registration text reviewed. Central public library contact is not a tested response or live capacity guarantee. Generic hidden 0-and-over restriction does not establish all-age eligibility. No fee assumed from library context. Actual evidence: outputs/phoenix-evidence/community/mcld-reviewed-details.json and original public HTML cache. Participant detail: Best for ages 2-5. This storytime will introduce kids to books, rhymes, music, literacy-based activities, and American Sign Language. Tickets are limited and first come, first served. Storytime will start promptly at 11:15. Latecomers will not be admitted. Body recommendation2–5 and registration1–5 differ; keep actual registration range without converting a recommendation into a hard minimum.
