The session takes place before Santa's regular Sunday hours that week, which begin at 11 a.m., so it gives children who struggle with crowds, noise or long waits a quieter chance to meet him. The mall's page does not spell out what else is adjusted for the morning, so families who need particular accommodations should check with the mall first. A visit with Santa is free, and photo packages are optional. Arrowhead recommends reserving a time slot online; pre-booking also brings a personalized digital message from Santa. Santa's season at the mall starts November 6 and runs through December 24, and Monday evenings from November 9 through December 14 are Pet Nights, in case a family dog wants a photo too. ## Similar picks in Phoenix - [Sensory-Friendly Santa Morning — Chandler Fashion Center](https://grassyknees.com/phoenix/activities/sensory-friendly-santa-morning-chandler-fashion-center--listing-2331f034ca8f78cf307b4e0e) — Sun, Dec 6 · 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM · Chandler Fashion Center — Santa near Macy's · Free · sensory-friendly · checked Oct 27.
