The Christian Dance Company's 39th annual Spirit of Christmas is a high-energy holiday variety show with a cast of more than 100 dancers and singers, special guest performers, a champion hoop dancer and even a horse and carriage on stage at Chandler Center for the Arts. Chandler Center files it under Dance and Kids/Family, and the parade of acts keeps younger audiences engaged. There are six performances across two December weekends, with 2 p.m. matinees on each date that work well for families with small children. Adult tickets are $46 all-in; youth tickets are $39 but are sold only through the box office.
