Pine Township's Preschool Multi-Sport class lets young athletes try several sports before picking a favourite. In short Wednesday-evening sessions, children ages 3 to 5 play the basics of soccer, basketball and other sports through games designed for their age, building coordination, balance, teamwork and confidence. The class meets at 100 Pine Park Drive in Wexford, beginning October 21, from 5 to 5:30 p.m. Fees are $75 for residents and member non-residents and $82 for non-residents, with online registration through the township.
