One-day Cooler Camp at Winterhawks ICE Center Beaverton on the statewide school in-service day. Campers may come in costume for ice skating plus arts and crafts: decorating a canvas trick-or-treat tote, 'pin the spider on the web' and making a 'puking pumpkin'. Typical day: off-ice warm-up, on-ice class, free skate, lunch, activities and afternoon free skate. Designed for beginner skaters of all ages and experience levels. Bring extra warm layers and warm socks; masks, face paint and costume weapons stay home.
