## About

OMSI's big winter exhibition goes behind the scenes of Universal's theme park attractions to show the science and engineering behind the thrills, with nods to Jaws, Jurassic World, Minions, The Secret Life of Pets, Sing, How to Train Your Dragon, the Universal Monsters and Super Nintendo World. Spread over eight galleries, it has 20 interactive stations and more than 100 original artifacts such as costumes, film props and early concept models. Visitors can conceptualize their own ride, animate a character, design a monster mask, cue a live show and experiment with animation and projection mapping, and hear from the artists, engineers and show creators who build the parks. OMSI rates it all ages; it suits school-age kids, tweens and teens most, with plenty for younger fans of the films. The exhibition is included with museum admission, and timed tickets can be bought ahead online.
