It is home to the National PT Boat Museum, with PT Boats 617 and 796, the world's only restored pair of PT boats on public exhibition, and the destroyer USS Joseph P. Kennedy Jr., which houses the Admiral Arleigh Burke National Destroyer Museum (currently under renovation).
