The Rhode Island Community Food Bank's Chef Academy, part of Healthy Habits: Eating Well on a Budget, teaches kids to eat well on a budget over four sessions: chopping fruits and vegetables, kneading and whole grains, muddling and hydration, then sugar and salt swaps.
