## About

Chef Academy teaches elementary school-age children basic kitchen skills and healthy eating habits. In Knead It: All About Whole Grains, kids at Mt. Pleasant Library learn why whole grains are good for them, explore ways to add them to meals and make a recipe to practice their new skills. Registration is required, and families should share any food allergies in advance.
