Four miles of paved, stroller-friendly paths connect to the East Bay Bike Path to Providence, making it a good place for kids to bike, roller-blade or walk, and open fields suit kite flying and outdoor games. There is an accessible fishing pier, a canoe and kayak launch, picnic tables and pavilions, and restrooms; pets are allowed. From November through early April picnic sites are first come, first served with no rental fee. In snowy winters the park is used for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.
