## About

Buttonwood Park Zoo in New Bedford runs Innovation Staycation on days children are off from school: Veterans Day (Wednesday, November 11) and three days of winter break (Monday, December 28 through Wednesday, December 30). Designed for children ages 6 to 10, each day is split into two three-hour sessions, a morning session from 9 AM to noon and an afternoon session from 1 to 4 PM, and families can book one or both. Children spend the time on zoo education, hands-on activities and animal adventures around the zoo. Full-day participants should pack a lunch. To book a full day, add both the morning and afternoon session to the cart when registering online.
