## About

As part of a Northeastern U.S. tour, Peaceful Forest, a family taiko ensemble made up of award-winning artist Takumi Kato and his three young sons, ages 14, 13 and 9, performs Japanese taiko drumming at the Riverside branch of the East Providence Public Library. Taiko's big, physical drumming is exciting to watch, and seeing children perform it alongside their father makes it especially engaging for young audiences. The library lists the performance for families of all ages.
