## About

Oak Knoll's free December drop-in morning looks at how wildlife gets through the hardest season of the year: the hibernators tucked under logs and leaf litter, and the year-round residents that cope with cold through adaptations and behavior. After visiting the exhibits and activity stations in the Ottmar Nature Center, families can take an optional trail walk to look for tracks, signs and other evidence of winter wildlife. Come and go during the two hours, and dress warmly for the walk.
