## About

Two days before Thanksgiving, 3rd–5th graders at Northeast Regional Library in Raleigh learn to make their own whipped cream — the essential topping for pumpkin pie — just in time for the holiday table. It is a free, hour-long after-school cooking session aimed at upper-elementary kids, and a simple kitchen skill children can show off at the family Thanksgiving dinner. No registration is noted on the listing.
