## About

Downtown Raleigh's tree lighting celebration returns to Moore Square, drawing more than 4,000 people to see the Raleigh Christmas tree lit for the season. A holiday vendor market of local makers runs through the evening, so families can shop and snack while waiting for the lighting. It is part of the City's Raleigh for the Holidays series. Expect crowds: bring small children in a carrier or stroller and arrive early to see the tree.
