## About

At West Regional Library in Cary, elementary-age children learn about the different holidays around the world that celebrate light — a timely theme with Diwali, Hanukkah and other festivals of light coming up — and make their own lantern to take home. It is part of the free K-5th Adventures series of hands-on creating and discovering, runs one hour after school, and is aimed at kindergarten through 5th grade.
