The audience travels through an apartment building, meeting the residents behind different doors and on different floors: delivery boxes become imaginative forts, snowflake crafting causes frustration, there is a festive party, and everyone tries to keep warm in the winter chill. There are no typical conversations; performers use a few frequently repeated key words, physical action and props, so even pre-verbal children can follow. Children sit on the floor and are welcome and encouraged to move around and join the action, and capacity is capped at 50 people per show, which keeps it calm.
