An afternoon with local children's book authors in the Community Room of the Temecula Public Library. The authors talk about what it takes to write books — getting ideas, drafting, revising and getting published — so it suits young readers and budding writers who want to hear how stories are made, along with parents of book-loving children. The program is open to all ages, needs no registration and runs 45 minutes, from 3:30 to 4:15 pm on a Wednesday. Space in the room is limited, so arriving a little early is wise, and the library notes that dates and programs can change. Questions go to the library at 951-693-8980.
