## About

Prado Park Equestrian Center, inside Prado Regional Park in Chino, runs a two-hour ranch morning for children 12 and under to learn about horses. Kids practice grooming and feeding a horse and learn how to approach and interact with one safely, then paint their own horseshoe to take home and receive a certificate of completion. It is a hands-on first introduction to horses and equestrian life that parents can watch and join. Sessions cost $35 and spots are reserved ahead by email with the equestrian center. Wear closed-toe shoes and clothes that can get dusty. The equestrian center entrance is on Johnson Avenue, separate from the main Prado Regional Park gate.
