A three-day morning camp at The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens during Thanksgiving week, November 23–25, 2026, from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm each day, for grades K–6. This session blends art with wildlife. Kindergarten and first graders in 'Wild About Art' paint zebra stripes and cheetah spots and sculpt porcupines and giraffes. Grades 2–3 in 'Artful Impressions' take inspiration from African painted dogs, Harris's hawk feathers and Mexican wolves, trying different media. Grades 4–6 in 'Eco-Expressions' link art and conservation through nature-inspired and upcycled pieces. The camp is booked as a three-day package; register online, and note cancellations less than 14 days before are not refunded.
