Perched high in the San Gabriel Mountains straddling San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties, Mt. Baldy Resort combines a classic 20-minute alpine chairlift ride with a dedicated snow play and tubing park at 7,800 feet elevation. Visitors board the historic Sugar Pine Double Chairlift (Chair 1) at the base canyon, soaring over snowy granite gorges to the Top of the Notch recreation area.

At the summit, groomed tubing lanes provide exhilarating downhill glides with custom tubes and sleds provided by the resort. The iconic Top of the Notch restaurant offers panoramic floor-to-ceiling mountain views, hot meals, and a warm hearth fire for families to recharge between snow play sessions.
