The City of Ontario's free Día de los Muertos celebration on Sunday, November 1, which moves through downtown in two parts. From 3 to 6 pm the Ontario Museum of History & Art hosts artisan vendors, food, face painting, crafts, live music by Adalaide Pilar and, at 4 pm, a 30-minute Catrina Competition with five age categories (entry needs an application). At 5:45 pm Danza Azteca leads a procession from the museum to the Jack R. Mercer Community Bandstand on Euclid Avenue, where the celebration continues from 6 to 9 pm with food trucks, crafts and performances by Mariposa Folklorico and Mariachi Octavo. A community altar, with photos and mementos contributed by residents, plus a showcase of family altars, stays on display on the Euclid Bandstand grass between C and D Streets from October 24 to November 1. Free and open to all ages; families with young children may prefer the afternoon crafts and face painting.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Details are in an accordion on the Special Events page (read from the page's embedded JSON). The museum's street address is not printed there and its site timed out, so address uses the bandstand location as printed (Euclid Bandstand grass area between C and D Streets).
