The City of Upland transforms Historic Downtown Upland into a Halloween destination for Scary-A-Faire, a free evening celebration for all ages. Families can trick-or-treat, visit community booths and enjoy themed entertainment along the downtown streets, and costumes are encouraged. The event runs from 4 to 8 p.m. and is centered at 201 N. 2nd Avenue. It is a safe, walkable alternative to neighborhood trick-or-treating for families with young children. Questions go to Upland Recreation & Community Services.
