Yucaipa Performing Arts Center (City of Yucaipa)

A weekly after-school art class for young people ages 5 to 17 at the Yucaipa Performing Arts Center (YPAC) in Uptown Yucaipa. Each class works through the Elements of Art: students look at the work of a range of artists, then try different techniques and art media in a directed lesson that ends with a finished piece to take home. All supplies are included, so children only need to show up ready to make a mess. Classes meet on Tuesdays in the center's Mountain View Room, with two time slots, 4–5 pm or 6–7 pm, and are sold in short multi-week sessions that require registration in advance; the YPAC calendar lists class dates on October 27 and on November 3, 10 and 17, 2026. Fees are not printed on the program page; contact the YPAC box office at (909) 500-7714 or boxoffice@yucaipa.gov for the current session and price.
