Participants design a way to keep a raw egg from cracking when it falls, using physics and the scientific method to test and improve their ideas. It's a drop-in program at the small Delta-town branch on Netherlands Avenue, listed under the library's STEM and makerspace programs. A good after-school pick for elementary-age kids who like building and testing; no registration is mentioned. ## Similar picks in Sacramento - [Builders Club LEGO Challenge at the Auburn Library](https://grassyknees.com/sacramento/activities/builders-club-lego-challenge-at-the-auburn-library--listing-6f9909243555e194172a9049) — Wed, Nov 18 (+1 more date) · 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM · Auburn Library (Placer County Library) · Free · checked Oct 20.
