Hansen's has run a snow-tubing hill in South Lake Tahoe for more than 70 years, and many families make it a winter tradition. Its draw is a luge-style tube course rather than an open sledding slope. A ticket buys one hour on the hill with the tube included, and the resort opens daily in winter from 10 AM to 4 PM. Children 4 and under ride free with a paying adult.
