## About

Tecolote Nature Center, a City-run nature center in Tecolote Canyon, hosts a two-hour Halloween-season garden party on the Saturday afternoon before Halloween. The program promises seasonal crafts, hands-on activities and live animals, and costumes are encouraged, which makes it a gentle, not-scary option for toddlers and early-elementary children who are not ready for haunted attractions. Admission is free and no registration is mentioned. Call the center at the number listed for questions about what animals will be out.
