## About

Mellano Family Farms turns its farm stand into a six-weekend fall festival; the last two weekends fall in this window. Families browse a farm-grown pumpkin patch (pumpkins sold separately), pick their own golden marigolds, wander a corn maze and ride a tractor-drawn farm wagon. A Kids Zone has bounce houses and gem sluicing, and free kids' crafts such as bee baths and jack-o'-lantern fans run all day. Short free talks cover worm bins at 11:00, honey and pollinators at 11:30 and 1:30, and marigold garlands at 12:30, and a pumpkin-pie-eating contest has rounds at noon, 1 and 2. Live music, food trucks and local vendors round it out. Tickets for activities stop selling at 3:30 pm, when the last tractor ride also leaves, so arrive by early afternoon. Parking is $5.
