## About

Memorial Recreation Center holds a Halloween Carnival on the Thursday evening before Halloween with food, games and prizes. Its costume contest is judged by age group, so toddlers do not compete against teenagers, which makes it worth bringing younger children in costume. The event runs three hours. The City listing does not state whether food or games cost money, and no registration is mentioned.
