## About

Santa Clara Recreation Center on Mission Bay's Santa Clara Point holds a late-morning Halloween party with crafts, open play and treats. It is a short, two-hour neighborhood event aimed at young children and their parents in Mission Beach and Pacific Beach, and a calmer alternative to evening carnivals. Costumes fit the theme, though the flyer does not require them. The City listing does not mention a fee or registration; call the recreation center for details.
