The series opens on Tuesday, December 1, at Mt. Eden Mansion on West Tennyson Road. From 5:30 to 7:30 PM families can enjoy live entertainment and festive music, make holiday crafts and warm up with cozy refreshments. The evenings are billed as free and family-friendly and go ahead rain or shine, so bring a jacket and an umbrella if the forecast is wet. The lights move to McConaghy House on December 2 and to Meek Mansion on December 3, so families can pick the night and neighborhood that suits them. An evening visit after dark is the best way to see the lights, and the two-hour window suits young children who need an early bedtime. ## Similar picks in San Francisco - [Lights Up!
