The program also includes other seasonal and holiday favorites, conducted by music director Radu Paponiu. The story teaches children how each character is played by a different instrument, so it makes a good first orchestra concert for school-age children. Young musicians may also like seeing teenagers on the Davies stage. The Symphony does not admit children under 3 to this concert. Children under 12 must sit with an accompanying adult, and kids' tickets are half off. ## Similar picks in San Francisco - [Deck the Hall Holiday Concert — San Francisco Symphony](https://grassyknees.com/san-francisco/activities/deck-the-hall-holiday-concert-san-francisco-symphony--listing-9118ecb04599adfedeb139ca) — Sun, Dec 6 · 3:30 PM · Davies Symphony Hall · Paid · checked Oct 24.
