Caring Santa is described by the center as a special, sensory-friendly experience, and it runs from 8:30 to 10:30 AM on December 6, apart from the regular Santa photo line that operates through the season. Santa sits in the Grand Court near the Apple store, and families who come can have photos taken, which are available to buy at the event. Spots are by reservation only, booked through the mall's Santa reservation site, so families should reserve ahead rather than arrive unannounced. The center suggests using the Macy's Men's entrance or Entrance D near California Pizza Kitchen as the closest doors to the Santa set. ## Similar picks in San Francisco - [Teen Sensory Study Hall with Therapy Dogs — Novato Library](https://grassyknees.com/san-francisco/activities/teen-sensory-study-hall-with-therapy-dogs-novato-library--listing-12eb2f275119094f95afe9db) — Thu, Dec 3 · 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM · Marin County Free Library – Novato Library (Community Room) · Ages 12–18 · sensory-friendly · checked Oct 27.
