He greets families from noon to 4 PM in Alexander Square, in front of the center's large decorated Christmas tree, on Saturdays and Sundays, plus the Friday after Thanksgiving. Visits come with a festive photo opportunity and a sweet holiday treat from Santa. The visits are outdoors in the plaza, a short walk from the Kristi Yamaguchi Holiday Ice Rink, so families can combine Santa with a skating session or a meal at the center's restaurants. No reservations are mentioned on the center's event pages. ## Similar picks in San Francisco - [Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony and Santa's Arrival at City Center Bishop Ranch (San Ramon)](https://grassyknees.com/san-francisco/activities/holiday-tree-lighting-ceremony-and-santa-s-arrival-at-city-center-bish--listing-6f244a048c2f26dcc3cb837a) — Fri, Nov 20 · 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM · City Center Bishop Ranch, San Ramon · All ages · checked Oct 27.
