Kids ride Casa de Choo Choo, a narrow-gauge railroad that makes a two-mile, roughly 15-minute loop alongside Pacheco Creek, and spin on the Venetian double-decker Casa de Carousel with horses, teacups and rockers; at Casa de Sluice they pan for real gemstones, fossils or 'princess' treasures Gold Rush–style, hunting for a Golden Ticket gemstone that wins a prize. The free playground has slides, climbing ramps and a play train engine and caboose, and a walking path circles a pond where red-eared slider turtles bask.
