## About

Almaden Branch Library celebrates Diwali, the Festival of Lights, with an interactive Indian classical dance and storytelling program in its Program Room. Diwali tales are told through expressive classical movement, music and rhythm, with audience participation throughout, and the hour ends with a group dance everyone can join. It welcomes families new to Indian dance and Diwali as well as South Asian families who want to see their heritage celebrated at the library. Sponsored by the SJPL Foundation's Pat Dando Endowment Fund and the Friends of the Almaden Branch Library.
